Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

Mentari sells interview packs. A pack is a number of AI mock interviews, usable within a fixed period from the date of purchase:

• Single — 1 interviews, valid 30 days, ₹999
• Interview Week — 2 interviews, valid 30 days, ₹1,499
• Placement Season — 5 interviews, valid 30 days, ₹2,499
• Day Zero — 10 interviews, valid 60 days, ₹3,999

Refunds

If you have not used any interview from a pack, you can have a full refund. Write to support@mentari.in from the email address on your account. We process it within 5–7 working days, to the original payment method.

Once you have completed an interview from a pack, that pack is not refundable. An interview is delivered the moment you receive your scorecard — the work has been done and cannot be returned.

When a refund is issued, any unused interviews from that pack are removed from your account. Interviews you already took stay in your history, with their scorecards.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel — packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again unless you buy another pack.

Expiry

Unused interviews lapse at the end of the pack’s validity period, shown at checkout and on your billing page. Lapsed interviews are not refundable. If a pack lapsed because of a problem on our side, write to us and we will put it right.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged and your interviews did not appear, you do not need to do anything — write to us and we will fix it. You will not be charged for an interview that failed because of a fault on our side.
